GF Blueberry and Banana Bread

All natural sugar and best eaten warm.

Ingredients:

250g wholemeal GF brown flour (Doves Farm is the best)

2 eggs whisked

50ml agave nectar

Small packet of blueberries

3 ripe bananas mashed

50g melted vitalite

50g melted lurpak butter

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp GF baking powder


Method:

Preheat oven to 165 C

Mix everything together except blueberries - fold them into the mix last.

Pour mix into a greased loaf tin.

Pop in oven for an hour

Leave to cool slightly and eat warm!
